A calm welcome, for both of you.
- A low desk, so you are greeted face to face.
- Separate waiting areas for dogs and cats, with raised shelves for cat carriers.

03 · The Consultation
Your vet, talking you through it.
- Your vet says hello to your pet first.
- Their history is on the screen, and your vet explains the examination as it happens.

A quiet room for saying goodbye.
- A private room away from the waiting areas, with its own way in and out.

Things you’ll want to take home.

06 · Animal Holding
Where your pet rests when you’re not in the room.
- Glass-fronted suites with soft bedding, in a climate-controlled room.
- Dogs and cats rest in separate areas, so nobody is nose to nose.
- Overhead screens help the team keep an eye on each pet.

07 · Isolation Suite
A separate room for pets who need protecting.
- For pets with an infection, or pets more at risk of catching one.
- Its own ventilation, separate from the rest of the clinic.
- A large window so the team can see in, with soft bedding and warm light inside.

08 · Prep and Treatment
Where the team works together.
- A bright, open room at the heart of the clinic.
- The consultation rooms open onto it, so help is close at hand.

09 · Diagnostic Imaging
X-rays and scans you can see for yourself.
- Digital X-ray, with the images on a screen beside the table.
- Ultrasound you can watch on screen with your vet.

25 years of international veterinary experience across the UAE, the GCC, the USA and South Africa. Helped rebuild Baghdad Zoo during the 2003 conflict. Two decades managing hospitals and building the systems that make exceptional care sustainable at scale.
Matt Butterworth
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer
35 years building brands people actually care about. London, Europe, New York, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Built the Paws & Co brand from scratch and now helps run the show, with equal parts creative obsession and commercial instinct.
Emmanuelle Bonham
Co-Founder, Community Guardian
Seven years as an Adidas brand ambassador, and a name in the UAE's wellness industry. Pet parent to six animals. Volunteer in sanctuaries across Southern Africa and the UAE. Currently training in veterinary nursing.

When do the clinics open?
Motor City opens in January 2027, and Hessa Street in mid‑February 2027. More clinics will follow as we grow.
What is the Founding Families offer?
Twelve essentials of care, worth AED 1,999, for AED 199 per pet, plus VAT, paid once. It covers twelve months from your pet's first visit. Join the waiting list and we will tell you as soon as places open.
